從事 Computer Architecture 相關研究，針對 emerging technologies (例如 non-volatile memories、3D ICs) 和 modern applications (例如 machine learning、graph analytics、genome analysis等) 設計高效節能之系統，並共同撰寫論文。
可能研究主題包括 in/near-memory computing system design, machine learning acceleration and memory optimization (e.g., for LLM, recommendation system, few-shot learning, GCN, etc.), memory/storage system design for genome analysis and graph analytics. energy-efficient edge computing for AIoT, sustainable computing systems等, 有參與國內與國際合作計畫機會, 視應徵者背景及能力而定。

資訊、電機、或理工相關科系之學、碩、博士生。具研究熱忱及程式撰寫能力。熟悉computer architecture/embedded system design者尤佳。
