1. 本中心智慧財產權（包括但不限於專利、商標、著作權等）管理與推廣。

3. 擔任本中心與本院智財技轉處聯絡溝通窗口。

1.協助處理與清理 Orbis 與 Capital IQ 之公司／廠商層級資料。
Assist with cleaning, processing, and managing firm-level/company-level data, primarily from Orbis and Capital IQ.
2.參與經濟學與計量實證研究計畫（含資料建構、描述性分析與文件整理）。
Participate in economics and econometric research projects, including data construction, descriptive analysis, and documentation.
3.其他臨時交辦事項。
Perform other tasks as assigned on a temporary basis.

研究方向：誠徵對染色質生物學、基因調控及／或功能性基因體學具有高度興趣之博士後研究員。我們研究疾病相關的染色質調控因子與組蛋白突變如何擾亂基因調控機制。

The Research Center for Environmental Changes, Academia Sinica (Taiwan), seeks a Full Research Fellow (professor equivalent) to provide strategic leadership for the Anthropogenic Climate Change Center (AC3, https://rcec.sinica.edu.tw/index_en.php?action=researchGroup&cid=1). The AC3 aims to understand and quantify the impacts of anthropogenic global warming on extreme climate and high-impact weather with focus on East Asia and Taiwan. We specialize in Earth system climate modeling and climate diagnostics using empirical and numerical methods, collaborate with top universities, secure government funding, and actively participate in CMIP6 and the upcoming CMIP7 using the in-house Taiwan Earth System Model (TaiESM).

Position Overview
We seek a distinguished senior researcher with proven expertise in climate science and demonstrated administrative leadership to server as the center’s principal investigator and administrative head. The appointed individual will be responsible for guiding interdisciplinary research initiatives, directing the strategic planning of the AC3, and enhancing Taiwan’s capabilities in Earth system modeling.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide strategic and operational leadership for AC3’s research programs and related administrative activities.
*Advance Taiwan’s earth system climate modeling and climate diagnostics capacity and impact.
*Supervise and coordinate participation in CMIP activities.
*Secure and administer research funding and promote national and international collaborations.
*Provide mentorship to junior researchers and contribute to capacity-building initiatives in climate science.

清理、整併、分析政府部門大型資料庫（例如，內政部資料庫、健保資料庫），應用統計模型進行大數據資料分析並撰寫論文。

參與計劃執行，實驗內容包含基因工程、分生、生化、顯微攝像與定量分析等。
參與有利研究工作進行之活動, 主要包括
設計、執行、優化實驗方案。
與團隊成員合作，參與實驗室教學。
參與團隊討論，貢獻創新想法。
進行文獻論文閱讀、寫作與討論。
不定期參與學術會議。
維護實驗室例行事項運作等。
計畫簡述：細菌形態、代謝和抗藥性是相互關聯的面向，對於制病機轉、診斷和治療更具有重要意義。由於形態的可塑性能夠幫助細菌適應環境變化，而形態與肽聚醣代謝息息相關，其中的肽聚醣生成與重塑步驟關係到細胞表面結構的完整性，進而影響對抗生素的感受度。目前我們著眼於研究細菌如何透過調節肽聚醣代謝相關途徑，進而影響形態生成與維持，並預期進一步解析細菌形態、代謝和抗藥性的互動關係。

實驗內容包含基因工程、分生、生化與顯微攝像等。

參與討論、寫作與閱讀學術論文。

計畫簡述：形態的可塑性是細菌適應環境的重要因素，而肽聚醣的生成及重塑在細菌形態維持上扮演關鍵角色。因此，研究細菌如何調節肽聚醣代謝，進而影響形態生成與維持的機制具有顯著意義。透過系統性探討相關研究主題，預期能對細菌抗藥性與致病機制提供重要見解。

從事統計方法學研究（因果推論、存活分析、統計基因體學）、應用進階統計模型分析多型態基因體學資料（Taiwan Biobank、Taiwan Precision Medicine Initiative）、健保資料庫、模擬分析、撰寫論文。
