    4. Work Content

      以合成生物學、基因體學、轉錄體學、蛋白質體學、代謝體分析、演化學、及AI輔助,推測出利於植物固碳或增加其生產量的調控分子、代謝途徑、或促進生長素。運用分子生物學技術,將這些因子置入藍綠菌及植物中,透過生化實驗分析及驗證,以提出能促進光合效率固碳與增加產量的新法。
      By studying synthetic biology, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, direct evolution, and AI, we intend to find new regulators, metabolic pathways, or metabolites with high potentials to enhance plant carbon fixation, growth or yield. We verify their molecular functions in cyanobacteria and plants, providing new strategies to enhance photosynthesis and agricultural yield.

    5. Qualifications

      1) 生物化學、化學、生物資訊、生命科學、農藝等相關系所畢業者。Applicants who hold bachelor, master, or Ph.D degree in the field of biological chemistry, bioinformatics, life science, and agriculture are very welcomed.

      2) 對微生物、植物生長發育、生化代謝與分生實驗有興趣或有經驗者。Applicants with interest or experience in microbial or plant physiology, biochemistry, metabolism, and molecular biology are encouraged to apply.

      3) 能細心觀察記錄植物生長,執行生化分生實驗,並分析實驗結果者。Applicants who can carefully observe and document plant growth, carry out biochemical and molecular biology experiments, and analyze experimental results are very welcomed.

      4) 能執行基因體及轉錄體定序分析、蛋白質體分析,並使用生物統計方法分析實驗數據,協同計畫相關期刊發表者。Applicants who can perform genome and transcriptome sequencing analyses, proteomics analyses, and apply biostatistical methods to analyze experimental data are very welcomed.

      5) 能運用程式語言(例如python, R)或AI tools (ChatGPT, GeminiAI, Claude Code) 進行實驗結果分析或建立模式者。Applicants who are able to use programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or AI tools (ChatGPT, GeminiAI, Claude Code) to analyze experimental results and to provide models are very welcomed.

      6) 未來想在生物科技領域發展者。Applicants who are interested in pursuing a future career in the biotechnology field.

      薪資與年終按中研院相關規定。將依其專業資歷與技術能力,於行政規範內彈性敘核薪資。學士級人員自38388元起;碩士級人員自44968元起敘薪; 博士級人員薪資從64711 起聘,依中央研究院及規定,並視經驗調整,表現良好可彈性調薪。 本職缺適用「勞動基準法」,可依經歷調薪或彈性敘薪。Salary and year-end bonus follow Academia Sinica regulations. Pay is set flexibly based on qualifications/skills: NT$38,388+ (BA), NT$44,968+ (MA), NT$64,711+ (PhD), adjustable by experience and performance. This role is under the Labor Standards Act.

    4. Welfare

      享勞健保及1.5月年終獎金。 It includes Labor/National Health Insurance and a 1.5-month year-end bonus.
