- Dr. Nan-Shih Liao has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, effective from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.
- Dr. Wen-Jen Tsay has been appointed Adjunct Research Fellow of the Institute of Economics, effective from September 1, 2024 to July 31, 2026.
- Dr. Huey-Nan Wu has been appointed Adjunct Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, effective from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.
- Dr. Zhe-Hong Lin has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, effective from January 1, 2025 to July 31, 2030.
- Dr. Jen-Chun Lin has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, effective from September 24, 2024 to May 31, 2048.
- Dr. Di-Lun Yang has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Physics, effective from September 24, 2024 to January 31, 2050.
- Dr. Shu-Hsing Wu, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, will act as Acting Director of the Institute, effective from October 1, 2024. The term of appointment will be until the new Director of the Institute assumes office.
- Dr. Wei-Ting Yen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Political Science, effective from October 15, 2024 to July 31, 2030.
- Dr. Li-Gong Chen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, effective from October 2, 2024 to July 31, 2030.
