協助探討神經細胞發育、突觸可塑性與大腦學習記憶或感官功能之機制研究。
依助理專長 / 性向進行細胞生物、基礎生化、影像擷取、數據分析、電生理或小鼠行為學實驗，並協助實驗室例行事務與管理。

工作內容: 研究、程式撰寫、實驗、系統開發、論文撰寫與投稿、技術教學、其他研究相關事項

實驗室研究主題：
1. LLM架構分析、微調、應用開發、安全對應、蒸餾
2. 假新聞與新聞素養相關
3. 運動科技相關
4. RAG 相關
5. LLM Impersonate、個性化與情感激發

實驗室與業界合作緊密，有機會進行實務開發，並使用業界資料與資源。

1.自動化化學合成系統架設。
2.有機合成。
3.其他交辦事項。

B細胞的發育分化與恆定，及其與疾病關聯性之研究。
使用人類檢體，基因剔除或轉殖小鼠動物模式實驗來研究B細胞功能，及於生理恆定與疾病進程所扮演之角色與分子機制。

Research and Work Content
• Research Focus: Research on B cell development, differentiation, and homeostasis, and their relationship with diseases.
• Job Description: Using human specimens , knockout or transgenic mouse models to study B cell function and the molecular mechanisms they play in physiological homeostasis and disease progression.

1.協助學術研究工作，包括撰寫程式、文書處理、參加讀書會、蒐集資料等。
2.兼辦相關行政業務。

中央研究院生物化學研究所梁智超實驗室致力於探討 DNA 複製與 DNA 修復過程中維持基因體穩定性的分子機制。我們結合結構生物學、生物化學、細胞生物學及功能基因體學，並運用先進的實驗技術，深入研究細胞如何因應 DNA 複製壓力、修復受損 DNA，以及維持染色體完整性。我們的目標是闡明基因體維護的基礎分子機制，並為癌症治療提供新的研究方向。

Academia Sinica, Taiwan, invites applications and nominations for the position of Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB). The initial appointment is for a period of three years and is renewable for a second term; if necessary for reasons of academic development and upon approval by the President of Academia Sinica, the Director may serve a third term. The position carries the title of Research Fellow or Distinguished Research Fellow (equivalent to Professor or Distinguished Professor).

As the pre-eminent academic institution in Taiwan, Academia Sinica is devoted to basic and applied research in mathematics and physical sciences, life sciences, and humanities and social sciences. IMB, comprising 30 faculty members, conducts fundamental research to advance the understanding of biological processes at the molecular, cellular, and organismal levels. Research at IMB spans diverse and interconnected areas of contemporary biology, integrating molecular, structural, imaging, and systems approaches to investigate complex biological questions.
