中央研究院關鍵議題研究中心建置「量子晶片製程研發平台與量子計算測試平台。為了協助推動超導量子電腦之研發及設施能量提升，本設施對外提供代工服務、製程技術開發合作與量測整合服務。為確保該製程本設施的順利運作，本中心擬增聘研究技術人員，工作內容包含：

設施營運與管理
擬定與執行設施的使用與安全管理規範
執行教育訓練、使用者認證與委託操作（代工）服務
訂定年度營運目標與改善方案，提升設施效能
負責設施維護、升級與年度預算規劃
協助設備採購評估、驗收與新實驗室規劃建置
規劃並推動設施相關教育活動與研討會
接待訪賓並進行設施導覽
研究與技術開發支援(視專長)

必備條件：
1. 瞭解 Linux 作業系統，具備基本服務建置與管理能力。
2. 具備個人電腦維護與基本故障排除經驗。
3. 瞭解網路架構，具網路規劃與網路交換器基礎操作能力。
4. 熟悉任何一種網路防火牆產品之設定與管理。
5. 協助建置與維護資訊安全管理制度，並配合 ISMS 或政府資安規範執行制度維運與稽核作業。
6. 具備程式設計能力，熟悉 PHP，具網站或資料庫應用系統之開發／維護經驗。

加分條件：
1. 具備 RHCE（Red Hat Certified Engineer）等相關專業證照。
2. 熟悉 Laravel、Angular 等開發框架，或曾參與完整內部資訊系統或資料庫建置專案。

【研究主題】
本實驗室專研細胞骨架微管 (microtubule) 與相關胞器中心體 (centrosome) 所調控之重要生理功能，包括 (1)纖毛形成 (ciliogenesis) (2)精子發育 (spermatogenesis) (3)神經發育 (neurodevelopment)。 我們應用跨領域的研究方法，包括分子生物、生化結構、細胞生物、顯微影像、與小鼠模式，從分子、細胞、與發育三層次，來探討微管與中心體相關的生理功能與調節機制，解構相關遺傳性疾病 (包括不孕症及小頭症) 的致病機轉。同時與台大化學所合作，開發以微管蛋白為標靶並可光激活與實時追蹤之小分子工具庫。招募有熱情抱負的研究助理一名，加入解構細胞與分子機制的團隊！

1. 協助維護及操作核心實驗室相關軟硬體及儀器設施。
2. 操作基因體技術研究相關實驗，包括RNA, DNA 的品質檢測分析，次世代定序 library 的製備等實驗操作。

1. 參與資料探勘、深度學習與大型語言模型相關前瞻研究。
2. 負責演算法設計、模型優化及研究成果之論文撰寫。
3. 開發並實作基於深度學習與大型語言模型的應用系統，例如智慧交易平台、智慧代理（Agent）應用等。

Our research team is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join us in exploring the evolution, ecology, and biology of eukaryotic microbes with key ecological roles on Earth. We focus on the interactions between microbes and their environment and utilize cutting-edge omics and bioinformatics tools to uncover their evolutionary trajectories and regulatory mechanisms. Currently, we are conducting an NSTC-funded project on marine algae, population variation, and warming. This position is open until filled.

Research Topics

顧銓研究室現正招募 1 至 2 位研究助理，加入我們探索真核微生物之演化、生態與生物學上的關鍵生態角色。我們著重微生物與環境之間的互動，並利用尖端的多體學與生物資訊工具發掘演化軌跡與調控機制。目前我們正執行國科會(NSTC)資助的計畫，研究海藻族群變異與暖化相關議題。本職缺即日起開放申請，額滿為止。

Job description (Tasks are assigned flexibly; not all are required.)
-Culture and maintain microalgal and protist strains.
-DNA/RNA extraction, NGS libraries preparation, and perform sequencing.
-Design and conduct genomic, transcriptomic, or metabolomics experiments and analyses.
-Perform bioinformatic analyses, including genome assembly, annotation, and phylogenomic analysis, etc..
-May participate in field sampling during research cruises.
-Manage routine laboratory tasks and other assigned duties.

工作內容（彈性分配，非所有項目皆為必須）
-培養與維護微藻與原生生物菌株
-DNA/RNA抽取、NGS library建置與定序
-設計並執行基因體、轉錄體或代謝體實驗與數據分析
-生物資料分析，包括基因體組裝、註解、系統基因組學分析等
-研究航次期間，可能需參與現場採樣
-實驗室例行管理與其他交辦事項

1. 程式撰寫以及資料處理。
2. 報告撰寫。

一、電腦與周邊設備軟硬體管理、故障排除與技術支援。
二、操作與維護中央控管系統，協助執行權限與政策等基礎設定。
三、其他交辦事項。

一、負責系統軟硬體之建置、障礙查測暨優化、日常維運及其他整合性作業，確保資訊系統穩定運作。
二、共同打造AI應用，協助AI模型的開發、訓練與部署，並參與系統架構設計與優化。
三、參與跨部門的專案合作，拓展專業領域，且有機會參與新興技術的導入與研究。
