本實驗室的研究重點為研究與傳染病及癌症相關的細胞表面醣化反應和功能，及對免疫系統之影響，進而發展治療藥物及方法。

• 獨立主導研究專案，設計並執行具良好控制與可重現性的實驗，以驗證假說。

• 協助設計並建立各類生化實驗與分子生物學技術，管理及協助進行小鼠實驗。

張志禎實驗室預計於 2025 年 8 月從英國倫敦的 Francis Crick Institute 遷至台灣中央研究院基因體研究中心（GRC），現正招募充滿熱情與創造力的研究人員加入我們的團隊。在此您將與一群對癌症研究與代謝領域充滿熱情的博士後研究員與博士生共事，並可使用基因體研究中心及中研院其他單位的尖端研究技術與資源。

我們的研究目標是了解癌細胞如何與其周圍微環境，以及遠端的宿主組織與器官進行溝通，以調節腫瘤的代謝壓力與氧化還原平衡，進而促進腫瘤生長與轉移，重點聚焦於胰臟癌（相關發表：Cheung et al. PNAS 2024, Cheung and Vousden Nat Rev Cancer 2022, Cheung et al. Cancer Cell 2020, Cheung et al. Genes Dev 2016, Cheung et al. Developmental Cell 2013）。我們運用功能性基因體學、代謝體學、體外類器官模型、癌症動物模型及單細胞定序等技術來揭示疾病新機制與潛在治療標的。我們的研究致力於發展針對癌細胞與宿主組織的新穎策略，以期達成更精準且系統性的癌症治療。

結合蛋白質表達純化、生物化學、分子生物學、遺傳學以及基因體學的概念與技術，研究「真菌減數分裂DNA重組與染色體動態變化」與「相近物種生殖隔離」的機制。

With Keita’s background in physics, our lab integrates diverse approaches, including molecular genetics, theoretical physics, microscopy, and machine learning. We are currently seeking two research assistants with strong backgrounds in related fields and a passion for interdisciplinary research. Potential areas of exploration include, but are not limited to:
- Live-cell analysis of cellular behaviors using advanced microscopy techniques
- Theoretical analysis of cell-signaling dynamics using probability, information theory, and dynamical systems theory
- Image and time-series analysis using advanced statistical methods, including machine learning
- Development of cutting-edge measurement tools in microscopy and microfluidics

植微所謝侑穎實驗室 (www.labofpie.org)專注於真菌與細菌間的拮抗作用，結合功能性基
因體學、遺傳學與實驗演化等方法，探討跨界微生物競爭的機制與其生物學後果。
本實驗室將於 2025 年 10 月正式成立，現誠徵 1–2 位碩士級研究助理協助新實驗室的建
立。錄取者將在 Phoebe 的指導下主導獨立研究計畫，並有機會參與論文發表並獲得作
者資格。本職位適合具備微生物學與分子生物學背景，並希望增進實驗操作經驗者。

工作內容：
• 執行基本微生物學與分子生物學實驗，包括：
o 培養真菌與細菌
o 進行高通量基因篩選
o 建構基因剔除菌株
o 分子複製、DNA 萃取與定序
• 協助實驗室管理，包括培養基準備、耗材訂購與設備維護
• 鼓勵獨立規劃並執行小型研究計畫
• 參與實驗室會議並定期報告研究進度
• 每週更新實驗進展
• 聘期至少兩年
