協助探討大腦感覺皮質神經迴路的可塑性，與其在自閉症候群的影響與致病機轉，並協助實驗室例行事務與管理。
1.研究工具：包含雙光子顯微鏡，清醒小鼠鈣離子功能性腦造影，動物行為訓練，遺傳學，空間基因表達，免疫染色。
注意：工作內容涉及從小鼠採集活體樣本、小鼠手術或需犧牲實驗動物，對活體實驗有牴觸者不建議應徵。
2.實驗室訓練與責任：在指導下操作實驗—(1)技術訓練：小鼠操作、影像擷取、數據分析或小鼠行為訓練等實驗。(2)專業活動：例行性實驗室進度報告及文獻探討。(3)鼓勵參與中研院內、外研討會之英文壁報或口頭報告競賽。

A. Bioinformatics（NGS / Nanopore 資料分析）

*參與 Illumina / Nanopore 等高通量定序實驗的資料分析
*建立與維護 NGS / ONT 資料分析流程（pipeline），包含：
-品質控制（QC）、比對、組裝、變異偵測
-甲基化 / 其他修飾分析
*撰寫與維護分析程式碼（Python / R / bash 等），讓流程自動化、可重現、可交接
*與實驗人員密切合作：一起討論實驗設計、結果詮釋

B. Automation & Agent Builder（實驗室自動化與 AI Agent）

*協助建置與維護實驗室自動化系統，例如：
*自動化液體處理平台、機器手臂
*感測與監控系統（溫度、濕度、設備狀態等）
*與生物研究人員合作，將實驗流程模組化，設計可重複使用的自動化 workflow
*開發「實驗助手」類型智慧代理（AI agents），包含：
*透過 LLM API（如 GPT 等）進行實驗參數抽取、流程規劃與錯誤檢查
*串接各種控制程式（Python scripts、REST API、MQTT、串列通訊、TCP/IP 等）

與博士班學生及博士後研究員合作，參與下列研究及技術執行：

*執行DNA定序技術：負責二代定序(NGS)與三代定序(Nanopore)平台的操作管理、樣本製備與定序資料分析
*基因工程與合成生物學應用：設計新穎碳代謝途徑並配合實驗室演化，建構具轉化溫室氣體能力之化微生物
*人工定向進化研究：以大腸桿菌為模型，探討 DNA 拷貝數多樣性在加速進化中的機轉與應用

協助進行下列合成生物學與代謝工程相關研究：

*固碳系統設計與優化：運用合成生物學與代謝生物學，設計並提升植物固碳途徑之效率。
*微生物工程與定向演化：以大腸桿菌為模型，透過基因工程與定向演化開發新型固碳途徑，並導入至植物或藍綠菌使增加固碳能力。
*碳利用轉換：運用新穎固碳模式物種，將固定之碳源轉化為高價值產物。

• 提出假設，設計實驗，並進行數據收集。
• 分析電生理訊號（包括但不限於EEG、EMG、EOG、SSVEP、眼球追蹤器等）並彙總發現。

Our research team is seeking 1–2 motivated Research Assistants to join us in studying the ecology and evolution of microbial symbiosis in plant–microbe systems. We integrate field ecology, molecular microbiology, and genomic analyses to understand how microbial communities assemble and adapt across hosts and environments. This position is open until filled.

Job description (Tasks are flexibly assigned; not all are required)
- Conduct field sampling, mostly in roadside, urban, and agricultural environments
- Isolate, culture, and maintain rhizobia strains and associated host plants
- Perform microbiological and molecular experiments (e.g., DNA extraction, NGS library preparation, sequencing)
- Design and conduct genomic experiments and analyses
- Perform bioinformatic analyses (e.g., genome assembly, annotation, and phylogenomics)
- Manage routine laboratory tasks and other assigned duties

去碳燃氫技術為將天然氣裂解為氫氣與固態碳，並利用氫氣進行燃燒發電，以解決天然氣發電的排碳問題。本職務工作內容為協助研發高效率裂解技術、系統驗證測試及規模化試驗等。
