Dr. Kevin Chang of the Institute of History and Philology Elected President of the International Commission for the History of Universities

Dr. Ku-ming (Kevin) Chang, Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, has been elected President of the International Commission for the History of Universities (ICHU).

The ICHU is an international organization composed of scholars specializing in the history of higher education. New members are admitted through nomination and election by existing members, while the President is elected by the full membership for a five-year term. The Commission currently has more than 50 members from 22 countries.
