A total of 21 Grand Challenge Seed Program applications were received this year (1 from the Division of Humanities and Social Sciences; 5 from the Division of Mathematics and Physical Sciences; 15 from the Division of Life Sciences). Of the 21 applications, 3 were approved during the First-round, Second-round and the Final Review meetings, including, 1 from the Division of Mathematics and Physical Sciences and 2 from the Division of Life Sciences. Please refer to the following table for detailed information. Approved projects shall be undertaken only after their budget plans have been officially approved.
