  1. Mr. Yi-Hsiang Chang, Senior Technical Specialist of the Department of General Affairs, will serve as Acting Director of the Department, effective October 5, 2026. The term of appointment will be until the day before the new Director of the Department assumes office.

  2. Dr. Yi-Jyun Luo has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Biodiversity Research Center, effective from October 2, 2026 to November 30, 2048.

  3. Dr. Pei-Lin Cheng has been promoted to Research Fellow of the Institute of Molecular Biology, effective from October 2, 2026 to March 31, 2041.

  4. Academician Shin-Kun Peng has been appointed Corresponding Research Fellow of the Institute of Economics, effective from September 22, 2026 to July 31, 2030.
