- Dr. Mark Liao, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Information Science, has been re-appointed Director of the Institute, effective from September 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027.
- Dr. Chun-Chia Chen has been appointed Assistant Research Fellow of the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, effective from June 15, 2024 to July 31, 2029.
- Dr. Yi-Ying Chen has been promoted to Associate Research Fellow of the Research Center for Environmental Changes, effective from May 28, 2024 to December 31, 2045.
- Dr. Norman Y. Teng, Distinguished Research Fellow of the Institute of Europe and American Studies, has been re-appointed Director of the Institute, effective from August 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027.
- Academician Pan-Chyr Yang has been appointed Corresponding Research Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, effective from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2027.
- Dr. Hsun Chang, Research Fellow of the Institute of Institute of Ethnology, has been re-appointed Director of the Institute, effective from July 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
