Dr. Ling-Wei Kung from the Institute of History and Philology Awarded the 2022 Li Foundation Heritage Prize

Dr. Ling-Wei Kung, Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, was recently awarded the 2022 Li Foundation Heritage Prize.
Dr. Kung specializes in the history of early modern China and Eurasia, the history of technology, global history, as well as in Manchu, Mongolian, and Tibetan philology. His research has earned international recognition, and he has published more than 15 peer-reviewed articles in top history journals, including Bulletin of the Institute of History and Philology and New History.
