　The 2023 Academia Sinica Net-Zero Technology Research and Development Program (NZTRDP) is now accepting pre-proposal applications. Please submit your pre-proposal application form by 17:00, February 10, 2023.

1. The project is policy-oriented research projects for 2023-2025, and its category is three-year Team Research Project (TRP), to be approved each year.
2. The project application consists of two stages: pre-proposal submission and full proposal submission. Pre-proposal application results will be notified in March 2023. Once the pre-proposal has passed, the full proposal needs to be submitted in April 2023. Final application results will be announced in May 2023.
3. Approved projects will commence from the approval date to December 31, 2025. All Project PIs and Co-PIs must sign the NZTRDP Project Execution Agreement before the project commences.
4. Approval from the relevant AS units must be obtained before commencing any research projects involving biological and/or genetically engineered materials, animal experiments, or human subjects. If the approved documentation is not available at the time of application, proof (e.g., email notification, picture of web portal etc.) that it is being reviewed will be accepted provisionally. However, the approved documentation must be provided before the project commences.
5. Please refer to the “2023 NZTRDP Proposal Submission Instructions,” and submit the electronic file of the pre-proposal to: netzero@gate.sinica.edu.tw.
