A total of 6 applications were submitted for the 2025 Sustainability Science Research Program: 2 on “Assessment and Adaptation Strategies of Health Risk under Environmental Changes;” 2 on “Study and Practice of Sustainable Ecosystem and Agricultural System;” 1 on “Assessment and Management Strategies of Extreme Disaster Risk;” and 1 on “Practice of Diverse Transformation toward Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).” Of these, 5 were selected for funding, including 1 on “Assessment and Adaptation Strategies of Health Risk under Environmental Changes;” 2 on “Study and Practice of Sustainable Ecosystem and Agricultural System;” 1 on “Assessment and Management Strategies of Extreme Disaster Risk [funding approved for one year];” and 1 on “Practice of Diverse Transformation toward Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) [funding approved for one year].” Please refer to the following list for detailed information.
