我們正在尋找具備 GPU 程式設計能力的工程師,加入快速密碼學實驗室,共同開發與實作平行化破密演算法。此職位需運用 Nvidia CUDA 技術實作密碼系統分析,目標為加速密碼演算法的運算與破解流程,提升研究效率與創新突破。主要任務包括:
• 使用 CUDA 技術進行平行化密碼破解實作 : 平行破密實作 (需使用 CUDA GPU programming)
• 優化 GPU 演算法效能,提升執行效率
• 協助設計高效能密碼分析工具
• 撰寫實驗報告與程式開發文件

生態聲學與空間生態研究室為端木茂甯副研究員所帶領的團隊,主要結合生態大數據資料與統計分析工具,暸解生物多樣性的時空動態變化,並探討環境變遷的影響與衝擊,希望以科學的力量推動友善生物與環境的人與自然互動關係。
近期研究包含都市與農業生態系的生物群聚變動、環境變遷下的聲景動態,以及鳥巢與鳥蛋的演化與多樣性,歡迎對生物多樣性科學研究有興趣的你,加入我們一起徜徉於生態資料的大海!
我們已在台灣多個地點累積近十年的聲景錄音資料,並建立生物多樣性資訊之擷取工具,您將有機會利用這些資料:(一)研擬兼顧農業生產與生物多樣性保育的自然解方,與(二)探討氣候變遷下極端天氣事件對生物多樣性之衝擊。

工作內容:
1. 分析從聲景擷取的生物活動與多樣性資料
2. 分析地景、氣候、農業活動對生物多樣性的影響
3. 撰寫研究報告與學術文章
4. 架設與維護錄音機設備(平均每月3-5天)
5. 執行其他研究相關事務

Research Associate Positions in Ben Lai Laboratory of Regenerative Biology, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Academia Sinica

Research associate positions at all levels are available in the Laboratory of Dr. Shih-Lei (Ben) Lai at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (IBMS), Academia Sinica, for highly motivated candidates interested in cardiac development, repair, and regeneration.

Academia Sinica is Taiwan’s premier government-funded research institution, internationally recognized for excellence in science and innovation (https://www.sinica.edu.tw/en/Tab/4). IBMS, one of its flagship institutes, focuses on disease-oriented basic research and its translational potential in biomedicine.

Research Focus

We investigate fundamental and translational questions in cardiac biology, including:

Differential injury responses in regenerative versus non-regenerative animal models.
Immune cell heterogeneity and function during cardiac repair and regeneration.
Signaling pathways that drive revascularization, cardiomyocyte dedifferentiation/proliferation, and scar resolution.
We use diverse experimental systems and state-of-the-art techniques, including:

Animal models (zebrafish, medaka, mouse)
Cultured cell-based systems (iPSCs, primary cells, ex vivo cultures)
Modern tools in imaging, genetics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics.
Our research is well-supported by competitive grants from Academia Sinica, the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI), and intramural sources.

With Keita’s background in physics, our lab integrates diverse approaches, including molecular genetics, theoretical physics, microscopy, and machine learning. We are currently seeking two research assistants with strong backgrounds in related fields and a passion for interdisciplinary research. Potential areas of exploration include, but are not limited to:
- Live-cell analysis of cellular behaviors using advanced microscopy techniques
- Theoretical analysis of cell-signaling dynamics using probability, information theory, and dynamical systems theory
- Image and time-series analysis using advanced statistical methods, including machine learning
- Development of cutting-edge measurement tools in microscopy and microfluidics

1. 須參與或協助專題中心之學術事務活動,並依照本中心博、碩士獎助培育說明之規定辦理。
2. 受獎助人須按時向研究計畫主持人報告研究進度。
3. 獎助期滿後,博士生須提出口頭及書面工作報告,碩士生須提出書面工作報告。該報告由研究計畫主持人負責審查。
