Research Assistant Position in Structural Biology, AI, and Biochemistry

We are hiring a full-time Research Assistant to join an interdisciplinary research at the cutting edge of structural biology, artificial intelligence, and biochemistry, with a central focus on the ubiquitin system in human diseases.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Chemistry
• Biology
• Biotechnology
• or a related discipline
This is a hands-on role supporting ongoing research on:
• Protein ubiquitination and deubiquitination
• Structure-function analysis of enzymes
• AI-assisted protein design and drug discovery

Our Research Toolkit
• Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM)
• Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy
• X-ray Crystallography
• Biochemical assays & cell-based validation
• Deep learning for protein structure and ligand prediction (e.g., AlphaFold, DiffDock, ProteinMPNN, RFDiffusion, and more )

Start Date

Salary
Bachelor degree: NT$ 38388/month
Master degree: NT$ 44968/month
