Submissions are welcome from now until March 9th for poster abstracts related to "Taiwan Species Genomes," sharing your team's research results and discussing techniques and applications revealed by genomics.
Presentation Schedule:

• March 20, 2026, 15:15-16:25: I. Poster Section
• March 21, 2026, 11:15-12:30: II. Student and Postdoc Oral Presentation
  Abstract Submission Guidelines:

1. The deadline for abstract submission is March 9, 2026.
2. Ensure registration and payment are completed within the designated period to avoid affecting your submission rights.
3. Upload your abstracts via the registration and submission system before the deadline; modifications are allowed until the system closes on March 9.
4. Submissions are to be made exclusively through the online registration and submission system.
5. When submitting, specify whether it is an oral/poster presentation and the theme; competition entries are limited to one per participant. The organizers reserve the final decision on acceptance. Submission themes include: - A. Plant genomes and applications - B. Animal genomes and evolution - C. Genomics technologies and applications
6. Each participant is limited to submitting one abstract (those not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentation).
7. Abstracts must be written in English (within 300 words) and uploaded via the registration system.
8. Competition Awards: To encourage student participation, one winner (cash prize and certificate) and one honorable mention (certificate) will be selected for each theme in both oral and poster competitions. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the number of awards based on participation. Awards will be presented at the closing ceremony and announced on the official website of the Taiwan Biodiversity Genomics Association.
9. The organizers will notify you via email by March 15, 2026, regarding the acceptance of your abstract. Presentation numbers, detailed agendas, and abstract collections will be announced on the official website. The association will provide 500 TWD to oral presenters and 300 TWD to poster presenters (each paper is limited to one claim).
10. By submitting your abstract, you agree to its use in related documents for this symposium.
11. From now to March 10, upload your abstract for non-competitive poster presentation.
