【AS Conference】Precision Medicine in Taiwan: Past, Present, and Future

Taiwan Precision Medicine Initiative (TPMI), a consortium consisting of researchers from Academia Sinica and 16 Medical Centers across Taiwan, has built a cohort of 500,000 participants and analyzed their clinical and genetic data to produce polygenic risk scores (PRS) for risk predictions of many complex diseases. The results of this study will lead to disease prevention and precision health management.
