摘要：
唐代後期至宋代蜀地出現的藥市，是由藥商定期自全國各地前來藥物交易的特定商品集市。在藥市中，各地藥物、藥商跨越州縣聚集，發展為大規模的遠距離貿易，藥市不僅成為蜀地重要歲時風俗，也被時人視為同類型商業模式的起源。然而，此前研究對於唐宋之間藥物何以被視為重要的商品，又如何在不同區域間形成流通圈，至今未見完整的分析。之所以如此，在於前人多側重於宋代藥物交易，未留意唐代藥物物流的發展，且忽略唐宋之間存在長期而漸進的變化。就中須先釐清的問題，應是唐人在哪些場所進行藥物交易，以及藥物交易場所發展為何。循此脈絡，本研究將就唐代民間藥物交易場所展開討論，分析其類型、交易情形與發展，從而對唐宋之間藥物全國性遠距貿易的形成進行初步探索。
