R.A. and Postdoc Positions Available in Dr. Phillip Wulfridge’s Lab誠徵實驗室研究助理及博士後研究員 2 人

1. Positions will entail independent projects in research topics spanning R-loop dynamics, genome organization, DNA damage repair, and cancer progression and drug resistance.
2. Perform molecular biology and cell biology experiments (e.g., tissue culture, CRISPR cloning, library preparation).
3. Conduct proteomics and genomics-related experiments.
4. Analyze sequencing and genomics data using Python and R
5. Assist in laboratory organization, inventory management, and ordering reagents.
1.本職位將進行獨立研究計畫，研究主題涵蓋 R-loop 動態、基因體結構、DNA 損傷修復，以及癌症進展與抗藥性等領域。
2.執行分子生物與細胞生物學實驗（如細胞培養、CRISPR 克隆、定序文庫製備等）。
3.進行蛋白質體學與基因體相關實驗。
4.使用 Python 或 R 進行定序資料與基因體數據分析。
5.協助實驗室日常管理（試劑訂購、庫存整理等）。

1. B.Sc. /M.Sc. or PhD Degree in biology, bioinformatics or biotechnology related fields.
2. Hands-on training in wet-lab techniques and bioinformatic analysis of genomics data (Python/R); prior experience is a plus but not required.
3.Passionate about scientific research; Motivated, self-driven, diligent, and detail-oriented.
1.生物學、生物資訊學、生物科技或相關領域之學士（B.Sc.）、碩士（M.Sc.）或博士（PhD）學位。
2.具備濕實驗技術及基因體資料生物資訊分析（Python／R）之實作經驗；有相關經驗者佳，但非必要條件。
3.對科學研究充滿熱忱；態度主動積極、認真、負責、細心，可獨立作業。
