【摘要】

I will discuss our recent work on pulsar timing arrays and their potential to constrain gravitational physics in the nanohertz gravitational wave regime. Specifically, I will highlight our contributions to modeling the gravitational wave background signal, testing its Gaussianity, understanding cosmic variance, and developing software, starting with PTAfast, to enhance the scientific output of PTAs, especially in light of forthcoming Square Kilometer Array observations.
