大尺度環境時空變化下的動物微生物相

Abstract
Habitat environmental changes influence microbial communities of animals. Our recent studies focused on animal microbiome variations and seasonal alternation in the forest (flying squirrels) or affected by ocean currents (stony coral). On the other hand, we developed an alignment-free clustering method for optimizing amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) with zero inflation from the amplicon sequence denoising pipeline.
