What has AS accomplished in recent years? To get a glimpse of its current status, I will describe my view/vision of its philosophy, goals and strategies as well as how the institution has designed systems to achieve these goals. The implementation of these strategies has helped shape the research advancement and the recent achievements AS has attained will also be discussed.
