From a constitutional perspective, the world goes crazy indeed. Constitutional turmoils are everywhere, and they are still growing on a global scale. But, only Japan is quiet. The politics in Japan goes weaker but seemingly not so crazy. Does that mean there is no crisis of constitutionalism in this far eastern country? My reply is no. There might be a different type of constitutional crisis.
