This extremely extensive database (it has some 550,000 time series and occupies about a gigabyte of disk space) covers a very wide variety of social and economic data in Canada. Unfortunately, the data is not freely available, although customers can retrieve the data over the Internet through an agreement with the University of Toronto. For academic users, the database costs $995, though discounts are possible in some situations.
