博士後研究人員及研究助理(學士/碩士)

利用合成生物學、基因體學、轉錄體學、蛋白質體學、代謝體分析、定向演化、及AI輔助，推測出有利固碳的生物因子、代謝途徑、或基因工程新法。在大腸桿菌、藍綠菌、或植物中進行測試驗證，找到提高生物固碳及增進生長的新法。進一步將固定下來的碳轉化成各式合成產物。

By studying synthetic biology, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, direct evolution, and AI, we intend to find new regulators, metabolic pathways, or unknown gene editing methods which show potentials to enhance carbon fixation and growth in the living cells. We will then test these candidates and methods in E. coli, cyanobacteria, and plants and aim to increase carbon fixation efficiency, growth, and biochemical product yield.

1) 具有研究熱忱、能主動學習、參與討論研究方向。
We would like to invite lab mates who are interested in scientific study, active learning, and participating research discussion.
2) 生物化學、生物資訊、生命科學、農業等相關系所畢業者。
Applicants who hold Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. degree in the field of biological chemistry, bioinformatics, life science, and agriculture are very welcome.
3) 對微生物及植物固碳熟悉或有興趣者。
Applicants who would like to study carbon fixation in bacteria (e.g. E. coli, cyanobacteria) and/or in plants.
