Sponsorship:
CONFERENCE TOTE BAGS
As a conference tote bags sponsor, your organization will work with the Secretariat to design tote bags. Every conference attendee will receive the tote bag, with your organization's name and logo on it.

CONFERENCE T-SHIRT
As a T-shirt sponsor, your organization will work with the Secretariat to design conference T-shirts with your organization's name and logo. T-shirts are distributed to all conference attendees.

CONFERENCE SOUVENIR
As a souvenir sponsor, your organization will work with the Secretariat to design a custom souvenir with your organization's name.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM BOOK
Referred to again and again throughout the conference, the Program Book is the indispensable guide to the Meeting. The guide contains information on every session, its speakers, and social events. The sponsor will receive a full-page advertisement on the inside of the Program Book.

CONFERENCE ABSTRACT BOOK
The Abstract Book contains each speaker's abstract and will be distributed on each attendee on-site. The sponsor will receive a full-page advertisement on the inside of the Program Book.

CONFERENCE COFFEE BREAK (twice a day)
Take advantage of the social events to promote your organization during the coffee break. The sponsor will receive a full-page advertisement on the inside of the Program Book.
